New Bedford Whaling Museum - Glass & Pottery Collection Photos

New Bedford was once a major glass manufacturing town with brands like Mt. Washington Glass, Pairpoint, & Pairpoint & Gundersen. The New Bedford Whaling Museum has a range of examples of this local glass. The Museum also has some ceramic pieces, mostly imported through via the international voyages of its trading and whaling ships. Of note are its commemorative pitchers.
