The Maeght Fondation (1964) (623, chemin des Gardettes) founded by Marguerite & Aimé Maeght, is a private modern art museum located a short distance outside Saint-Paul de Vence, France. The museum features works by famous artists of the 20thC, such as Miró, Chagall, Braque, Giacometti, Léger & Calder. The building itself, in both its indoor & outdoor spaces, was designed by Catalan architect, Lluis Sert, to showcase 20thC art in all its forms.
