Glyptothek, Munich Photos

The Glyptothek museum of Greek & Roman sculptures from the collection of King Ludwig I of Bavaria was built in Neoclassical style on the Konigsplatz in Munich between 1816 and 1830 by architect Leo von Klenze. The collection was assembled with obvious purpose which sought quality and a complete range of examples.
