Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Bavaria Photos

Rothenburg ob der Tauber in Bavaria is considered by many the best preserved medieval town in Germany, filled with ancient houses, narrow cobblestone streets, and intact city walls complete with gates and towers. Of note are the Rathaus (city hall) and its observation tower providing views of the town, Tauber River and the surrounding countryside.
