Century 21 Exposition, Seattle Historic Photos

The Seattle's World Fair of 1962 was named the Century 21 Exposition. This Expo popularized the Space Needle theme building concept, used a monorail to connect to Seattle's downtown, and generally gave a very positive view of the technology & life in the future. The photos on this page are all original & taken in 1962 by Jim Steinhart.
