Aberdare National Park, Kenya & Treetops Photos

Aberdare National Park is in the highlands west of Mount Kenya. Because of its elevation, it hosts an ecosystem & species quite different from the African plains to the south. Treetops hotel is noted for a species of forest elephants which come to dig in the clay for salt each evening, while guests observe safely from high atop the hotel which sits on stilts.
