John Jay French Museum, Beaumont, TX Photos

The John Jay French Museum, the oldest & the oldest fully-restored house (1845) (3025 French Road) in Beaumont, TX. It is one of the first two story homes or painted homes in the area. The museum, managed by the Beaumont Historical Society, demonstrates the life of a prosperous Texas family from 1845-65, and contains a number of original French family pieces.
