Historic Richmond Town, Staten Island Photos

Historic Richmond Town is an Open Air Village which offers historic buildings moved to Richmond Town in the center of Staten Island. The buildings range from those like the Voorlezer's House (c1695) used by the Dutch, the Joseph Christopher House (c1720) used by the Richmond County Committee of Safety during American Revolution, to some houses and public structures used into the 20th Century. The Richmond County Clerk's Office (1848) is now the Historical Museum which contains several decorative arts and history collections.
