Home Sweet Home museum, 14 James Lane, East Hampton L.I., NY is dedicated to the memory of John Howard Payne, the composer of the Home Sweet Home song. The museum is located in a salt box house and is surrounded by historical gardens. The displays include 18th & 19thC furniture, china & an exceptional collection of lusterware as well as John Howard Payne memorabilia. The museum is owned by the Village of East Hampton.
