Museum Hill, Santa Fe, NM Photos

Museum Hill sits about two miles southeast of the core of Santa Fe overlooking vast open natural countryside plus a major museum complex centered around the beautifully landscaped Milner Plaza. One landmark heritage building on the plaza is Pueblo Revival Laboratory of Anthropology (1930) of the Museum of New Mexico by renowned architect John Gaw Meem. The entrance to Museum Hill closest to downtown features The Journey's End sculpture by Renaldo "Sonny" Rivera & landscape architect Richard Borkovetz which celebrates the historic Santa Fe Trail which passes nearby.
