Harvard University (established in 1636) sits in Cambridge, MA which itself is an integral part of the Boston urban area. As one of the most prestigious of American Universities, Harvard draws not only top students, but a steady stream of tourists from around the world. Harvard has several museums and a series of heritage buildings and gates, many of which circle Harvard Yard. These include Harvard Hall (1766), Massachusetts Hall (1720), Bulfinch's University Hall (1813-15), Weld Hall (1870), Memorial Library (1915) and Memorial Church (1932).
