George Rogers Clark NHP, Vincennes, IN Photos

The George Rogers Clark National Historic Park in Vincennes, IN centers around neoclassical memorial build in 1931 on the site where American Revolutionaries captured the British Fort Sackville on Feb. 25, 1779. This victory stopped the British from being able to attack American states from the West and gave the Americans control of the Northwest Territories from the Appalachians to the Mississippi River.
