St Dominic Art Photos

St Dominic (c1170-1221), after many religious endeavors, often against heresy, founded the Dominican Order aka Order of the Preachers (1216). He spent his remaining years organizing and expanding the Order in Italy, Spain and France. The Dominicans, under his direction, were very successful in their conversion work.
