St Christopher Art Photos

St Christopher (died c251) was supposedly a giant who carried travelers across a river. One day he carried a child across who was so heavy that Christopher feared they would drown. The child revealed he was Christ who bore the weight of the world on his shoulders. St Christopher became the protectors of travelers.
