Chinon Chateau Photos

Parts of the Château de Chinon date back to Roman times, but much of the existing structure is Medieval, with some Renaissance parts. Chinon is best known as the site where Joan of Arc met King Charles VII in 1429. A small museum at Chinon Chateau features Joan of Arc.
