Maison de Victor Hugo, Paris Photos

Maison de Victor Hugo (Victor Hugo's Apartment) (6 place Royale) is now a museum where the poet lived from (1832-1848) with his wife Adèle Foucher. It is furnished to the period, with a few original pieces. Some of the rooms feature his poetry, musical scores and his books Les Misérables (1862) & The Hunchback of Notre-Dame (1831). Other rooms recreate his political exile in Guernsey.
