Cheyenne Rail Attractions Photos

Cheyenne is one of the important centers on the Union Pacific transcontinental railroad. It gained its importance because it sits just east of one of the gentlest routes to cross the Rocky mountains, essentially the same one used by the California trail. Train buffs can easily watch the heavy rail traffic rolling through town, plus visit other heritage locomotives & a small rail museum in the old UP Depot.
