The town of Gettysburg, PA, having been the site of one of the most significant battles of the American Civil War and the site where Lincoln gave his Gettysburg Address has drawn large numbers of visitors for over a century. Consequently, not only is the National Historic Site battlefield well documented with monuments, many other tourist sites have been developed around the town.
