Mississippi River Vistas at New Orleans Photos

The French chose the site of New Orleans because a crescent bend in the Mississippi River allows the city to see far both up & down stream. That same bend presents vistas of the Crescent City Connection Bridge, a ferry to the far shore, touristic steamboats & large ocean freighters plying the river plus Riverfront Parks with sculpture.
