Chedworth Roman Villa - The Cotswolds Photos

Chedworth Roman Villa (4thC) located in the woods of the Coln River valley not far from Cirencester, contains the remains of a luxurious villa probably owned by a Romano Britain. Of particular note are its well preserved mosaic floors, the remaining structures of dry and damp underfloor heating systems (hypocaust) and a small museum displaying artifacts found on the site.
