King Edward VI Photos

Ruled England 28 January 1547 - 6 July 1553. Edward VI became King of England at Age 9 upon the death of his father, Henry VIII, and died of disease at Age 15. Because of his youth, Edward, a Protestant, was under the control of advisors. Many major changes to the Church of England, to differentiate it from the Roman Catholic Church, were made during his reign.
